Paying Your Balance

USER GUIDE

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church · PaymentsHow to open the balance link the parish sent after your deposit, check the amount, and pay it.

Who this guide is for

You paid a deposit for an event or program at the parish. The parish sent you a balance link in your confirmation email. You do not need to be signed in.

Why the parish sends a balance link

A deposit holds your place. The balance link lets you pay the rest online in one step, on your own time, without calling the office.

What you will do, in one sentence

Open the link, check the balance, and pay it.

Last verified against the staging system on 2026-10-15. This guide has no screenshots. A balance link belongs to one real payment, so the parish cannot show a sample page. Prepared 15 October 2026.

Select Pay your balance in the confirmation email. The page opens without signing in.

The page shows:

  • What the payment is for.
  • The total, the amount you paid so far, and the balance due.

2. Paying the balance

  1. Complete the security check, if the page shows one.
  2. Select Pay and the amount. The page takes you to the secure payment page.
  3. Enter your card details and confirm.

The page charges exactly the balance shown. You cannot change the amount.

3. If the page shows a message instead
