Reading a Room Door Display

USER GUIDE

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church · EventsWhat the display outside a parish room shows, and what the words mean.

Who this guide is for

You are a visitor or group leader. You stand at a room and look at the screen by the door. You do not need to sign in.

Why a screen shows a room

The display tells you if the room is in use now and what comes next. You do not need to find a printed schedule.

What you will do, in one sentence

Read the status card for the room now, then the list for the rest of the day.

1. Open the display

A parish staff member sets up the screen. The address ends with the code of the room: /events/signage/room/<code>. You do not sign in. The screen refreshes every 30 seconds.
